Our History

The World Refining Association was formed in 1997, and has offices in Central London and Cheltenham in the UK, Singapore, Sao Paulo and representatives in Abu Dhabi and Toronto.

We operate a team of independent senior consultants based across Europe, Russia, Asia, the Middle East, North America and Latin America. Our international conferences, seminars and workshops have attracted over 13,500 delegates from 110 countries over the past 11 years.

We constantly work with governments and all the major oil & gas companies worldwide to deliver the most up to date developments within the industry.
