The World Refining Association is delighted to announce the Central and Eastern European Refining and Petrochemicals 11th Annual Meeting will take place in Warsaw, Poland, from 14-16 October 2008.

Participants of the event will be able to enjoy not only the Conference but will also be able to explore this delightful capital city of Poland.Established in the 13th century, the Old Town of Warsaw impresses tourists with its quaint, cobbled streets and unique old architecture.
