INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE PRODUCERS

The Energy Exchange Ltd & World Refining Association are the worlds leading producers of international conferences for the global oil & gas industry. With the expansion of our London office we are now looking to recruit experienced conference producers.

As a conference producer you will be working on 2/3 events per year and will be required to develop and lead the events from start to finish. Key responsibilities include researching conference topics, securing senior level speakers, selling sponsorship, developing effective marketing campaigns and onsite management of the events.

You will have at least 12 months experience in the commercial conference sector, be self-motivated, able to meet targets and deadlines and manage a varied workload. This position demands a motivated and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills. Languages an advantage.

TELEPHONE DATABASE RESEARCHERS

International conference company requires hard working individuals to join our database research team. You will be required to make regular contact with our clients, informing them of our forthcoming conferences, ensuring their You will need to be confident on the telephone, able to meet targets and basic computer skills.

Russian and Arabic languages are an advantage but not essential.

The Energy Exchange Ltd requires an experienced Telesales Executive to join our friendly office. You will be responsible for selling delegate places to our existing and potential clients.  To apply for this position you should have at least 6 months telesales experience in conferences or exhibitions and speak fluent Russian.
