The World Refining Association are delighted to announce the Russian and CIS 2005 Refinery/Plant of the Year Award.

Now in its 5th year, attendees of the Roundtable are invited to nominate a refinery/plant within the sector, who has contributed to a major industry achievement through plant upgrade and refurbishment or through the installation of new innovative technologies achieving operational excellence.
