The World Refining Association are delighted to announce their 2006 7th Annual Middle East Refining Conference will take place 27 – 28 February 2006 in Dubai, UAE.

The event will present a complete and up to date overview of the Middle Eastern refining sector focusing upon strategic development programmes, which continue to proceed at a rapid pace, ongoing policy developments to consistently upgrade, integrate, modernise & expand refining, enabling them to remain competitive whilst at the same time meeting international standards.

Additionally, clean fuel and low sulphur diesel production will remain an important key element of the interactive conference debates highlighting the sectors dedication to meeting the worlds demand for cleaner fuels.

Continuing to examine the key issues that are crucial to the future development of the region, the 7th Annual Conference will attract key organisations and senior decision makers involved in the refining and petrochemical industry, providing attendees with exceptional networking, business and training opportunities.
