The ongoing restructuring, rationalization and consolidation of assets with Russia and the CIS countries, has had a significant impact on the region’s refining and petrochemical sectors. To celebrate the 10th Anniversary of The World Refining Association and the Russia and CIS Refining and Petrochemicals event, we are delighted to announce our 10th Anniversary Meeting will take place at the Savoy Hotel in London. To accompany the conference there will also be a Grand Gala Ball and the annual award ceremony for the 2007 Refinery of the Year Award.
