In addition to the main two-day event, conference attendees will have the opportunity to attend the pre-conference Technology Forum where the latest refining and petrochemical technologies will be presented by Technology Directors from key organisations operating within the region.

MOL's Duna Refinery

SITE VISIT TO MOL'S DUNA REFINERY
Duna refinery is the largest crude oil processing facility of the MOL Group and the only one in Hungary. In 2005 Duna refinery celebrated its 40th anniversary of putting the first facility, Distillation Unit AV-1, into production. The refinery ranks amongst the peers of the European refineries and the downstream abilities of the MOL Group are competitive and well-known internationally.

Taking place Tuesday 17th October from 13:30 - 17:30, participants of the site visit will have the opportunity to view first hand, the facilities and technologies employed by the refinery, taking in relevant presentations and explanations by Mr Pál Valkusz, Director of Refining at MOL.
